Why
I assume that everyone knows what his or her characteristics, motivations and beliefs are. Only often we have forgotten this or choose not to see it. The key to moving forward lies in remembering exactly this. Helping people to remember and to put it into words is what drives me.
How
In everything I do, I want to show the authenticity of the individual. My professional focus is on how to increase your impact. By enhancing your understanding of your influencing behavior and the laws that govern influencing dynamics between people. As a coach, I find it both fundamental to “talk about” but also to practice and very concretely to get started with achieving goals.
What
Besides coaching, I specialize in the design of HR-tools and psychometric tests, as well as the development and delivery of assessment centers.
