Leadership Xperience
The way to keep your leadership skills on edge is our Leadership Xperience program! A program that we have successfully performed in 31 countries, on 5 continents with more than 1000 participants.
Regardless of the size and scope of your company, one element that is always in demand is leadership. The top 3 leadership qualities the most sought-after over the next five years will be CREATIVITY, INTEGRITY and GLOBAL THINKING. Ask yourself: will your style of leadership be as effective 3, 5, even 10 years from now? The bottom line is you constantly need to sharpen your leadership skills.
Program Details
The Leadership Xperience program is made for you if:
- you feel that what got you where you are, won’t necessarily get you further
- you are ready for a fundamental check-up regarding your behavior, assumptions and next steps
- you have at least 10 years of professional experience
- you are in a senior leadership or expert role.
We will be working in a group of 8 to 12 fellow senior leaders.
The Leadership Xperience program consists of four main elements:
- Establishing a highly useful conceptual framework
- Re-shaping your personal leadership philosophy and vision on your context
- Creating an intense and personal experience
- Deepening self-understanding and self-awareness
We will:
- Look at your industries future strategical challenges and what essential leadership behaviors this asks now and in the years to come
- Explore how the inside (your identity, values, and convictions) is linked with the outside (your behavior) and how it interacts with the other side (what is the effect on others)
We will be working with:
- An online 360° feedback personal development tool
- Three core concepts
- Customized leadership challenges where you lead your peers
- Peer feedback and peer coaching
- Professional coaching sessions
- In-depth analysis of values, convictions and emotions
- Breakthrough exercises
The program is a 4-day total immersion residential program. The program runs in English or Dutch.
Your package contains:
- An intake with one of the program’s facilitators
- A personal training workbook with all concepts and exercises
- A full 360° feedback experience and personal report
- 4 intensive days of inspiration and transformation led by two international master facilitators
- A once in a lifetime experience that that will boost your effectiveness as a leader
